E-Discovery

Through decades of complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation, we have built extensive internal resources for handling the sophisticated and often extremely complex issues that arise with management of documents in far-reaching discovery.  In addition to our in-house Litigation Support Department, with over 20 years of e-discovery experience, our Electronically Stored Information (ESI) Committee of attorneys guides clients through the demands of complex multi-party discovery and litigation, providing the needed counsel and resources for document management, the deposition process and trial preparation and presentation. 

Our experience includes:

• Discovery and management of electronic information, including ESI preservation, collection, review and production;
• Discovery disputes involving ESI and discovery procedures and protocols;
• Providing discovery counsel on cases ranging from small amounts of electronic data to global company electronic discovery matters involving millions of documents; and
• Deep familiarity with the technologies needed to process, analyze and review ESI.
